Hand wash with a damp cloth and avoid soaking in water
Apply food-grade mineral oil once a month to restore and protect
Apply the oil in the direction of the grain using a dry, clean cloth
Scrub with salt and lemon to remove odors and/or stains
Post scrub, wipe clean with a damp cloth and remove extra moisture with a dry towel
Store in a dry area away from extreme changes in temperature and humidity
Enjoy and repeat!
